Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer / Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
The role requires strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, TypeScript, AWS, REST APIs, microservices, SQL, CI/CD, and cloud-native application development.
You will be involved across the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, architecture planning, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, production support, and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across solution design, prototyping, coding, code reviews, testing, and implementation.
- Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate technical solutions and architecture approaches.
- Develop and maintain Java-based web applications deployed on AWS and on-premise environments.
- Design and develop frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Build reusable UI components, frontend libraries, and common design patterns.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, microservices, backend services, and API Gateway platforms.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Perform SQL query analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Investigate and resolve complex application, integration, UI, and production issues.
- Conduct application performance and capacity assessments.
- Support application build, deployment, testing, release, and production activities.
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
- Ensure applications comply with security, performance, accessibility, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in application testing, including unit, integration, API, and automated testing.
- Support mission-critical and cloud-hosted application environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 and above.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern React development, including React Hooks, Context API, and reusable components.
- Strong experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle / SQL.
- Good experience with SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
