Job Description:
- Lead end to end integration of legacy banking platforms with external CRM systems particularly Wealth Dynamix CRM.
- Design and develop COBOL back end service functions enabling seamless S2i-CRM communication.
- Drive API based integration solutions on Wso2, translating business needs into scalable technical designs.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine road-maps, prioritize sprints, and align with banking delivery cycles.
- Conduct technical and functional workshops to streamline integration strategy and stakeholder alignment.
- Act as an integration specialist managing complex S2i-WDX linkages while supporting L2/L3 production and new feature builds.
- Maintain coding standards, source code governance, and highquality delivery across cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of professional JAVA development experience (core JAVA, J2EE, Spring Framework preferred)
- 8+ years of professional Cobol development experience
- 8+ years of professional experience with WSO2
- Experience in private banking or financial services environments is a strong plus
- Knowledge of agile software development and distributed delivery teams
