Senior Software Developer - AS400

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

. Responsible for reviewing/understanding requirements and develop CL/RPG programs with DB2 in AS400.

. Responsible for AS400 system environment setup for new server/apps/country.

. Responsible for build of interface file layout in AS400 with the Connect Direct setup to file sending/receiving with source system in various platforms

. Responsible for development of job schedules that integrate the upstream and downstream systems (e.g. Control-M)

. Responsible for unit testing, debugging, and performance testing, with key focus on data accuracy and integrity

. Accountable for on-time delivery of all documentation, design, build, testing, and deployment according to the work breakdown structures

Job Requirements:

Key Requirements:

. Atleast 5+ years experience in AS400 CL and RPG programming with AS400/DB2.

. Experience working on AS400 system setup.

. Experience Job scheduling tools like Control-M

. Good to have experience in Change Control Management tools & Visio

. Have experience on all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

. Able to do requirement gathering, impact analysis, unit testing, support SIT/UAT/Production.
