Job Summary
You will design and program complete control systems, integrate third-party components, and lead machine commissioning and troubleshooting to ensure successful automation project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design complete control system solutions including programming and selection of instrumentation and control equipment
- Collaborate with in-house, design, and project engineers to develop software and execute automation projects
- Integrate third-party equipment and components into control system software designs
- Conduct machine start-up, testing, commissioning, and troubleshoot issues to ensure operational readiness
- Manage project timelines to deliver automation solutions promptly
- Prepare documentation and provide technical support to installation teams during project deployment
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation Control, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automation projects
- Proficient in programming and working with PLCs such as Omron and Beckhoff
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of LabVIEW, C, C++, C#, and .NET programming languages
- Experience with robot programming
