Senior Software Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver production-ready, enterprise-grade solutions for the media and broadcast industry.

The role involves working across AI technologies, cloud platforms, automation systems, SaaS products, and embedded systems, supporting clients across

SEA and South Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders) to deliver reliable, scalable, production-ready solutions for

media and broadcast workflows.

Lead and contribute to AI-driven solutions, leveraging cloud technologies for data processing, automation, and analytics.

Design and develop enterprise-grade applications for SEA and South Asia clients across multiple media industry.

Develop and maintain automation and enterprise applications to improve operational efficiency and business processes.

Build new products and product features on the company's core platform, ensuring scalability and performance.

Design and implement software for embedded devices and systems, taking solutions from requirements through production and commercial deployment.

Perform code reviews to ensure correctness, coding standards, performance optimization, and information security compliance.

Design and implement a customer review and feedback system across all SaaS applications to support continuous improvement.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production stability.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 14+ yeas of relevant experience.

Strong experience in software development using modern programming languages (Python, Java, C++, Node.js, or similar).

Advanced hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms and enterprise applications.

Knowledge of media and broadcast workflows is highly desirable.

Experience with automation frameworks, APIs, microservices, and system integration.

Hands-on exposure to embedded systems software development.

Strong understanding of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and system reliability.

Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and distributed systems.
