Job Description

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
Translate business requirements into technical architecture and system designs
Lead end-to-end development (design, coding, testing, deployment)
Work directly with clients to understand business needs and provide technical advisory
Propose solutions aligned with client objectives and industry best practices
Participate in solution presentations and technical discussions
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolution
Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems
Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security compliance
Support UAT, production deployment, and post-implementation maintenance
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams
Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to project timelines
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans
