Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of social workers and youth workers to effectively manage the programme delivery to children, youths and families from low-income backgrounds.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of programme to achieve the desired outcomes and outputs.
- Develop risk protocols and programme SOPs with the Team Leader
- Provide supervision to the social workers, youth workers and volunteers
- Guide and coach the team to conduct outreach and intervention sessions to serve the community.
- Liaise and network with partners to strengthen relationships and collaboration.
- Collaborate and adopt strategies together with stakeholders to influence systemic changes.
- Lead and conduct programme evaluation to assess and enhance programme effectiveness.
- Ensure timely documentation and accurate data management to support the service delivery.
- Prepared to work at least two nights per month and weekends occasionally.
- Provide counselling and case management for youths and their families.
- Administrative duties.
- Organisational duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of a Degree in Social Work.
- Relevant experience in working with children and youths is preferred.
- Passionate about improving the well-being and resilience of families from lower-income backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with youths, families, and stakeholders.
- A team player with excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexible and adaptable to varying situations.
- Exhibits personal effectiveness, independence, and strong time management skills.
