To provide consistent and purposeful casework management with multiple needs and safety risks.
To support centre in providing trauma informed and/or mental health related intervention and supervision.
To work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in delivering good case outcomes.
To provide casework supervision.
To coach supervisees in providing quality casework intervention.
To undertake any other responsibilities and duties assigned by Director.
Requirements
Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling At least 7 years of casework and counselling experience working with individual, children and families with complex needs and risk concerns.
Casework supervision experience is expected.
Good report writing skill.
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Certified in providing marital counselling and/or family violence invention will be an advantage.
