Social Media Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us raise ERA's public profile in Singapore.

The Social Media Specialist will develop our corporate social media content strategy to support the overall ERA branding strategy, to build brand affinity as the realty choice for agents and consumers. You will be our brand voice, engagement custodian and run social media campaigns across our social media platforms – including Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. You will champion the social media brand voice of ERA's CEO to broaden his reach and connect with his followers through their passion and expertise in the real estate industry. A confident communicator and multi-tasker, you will also be responsible for strategizing, developing and implementing ERA's media strategies, with the goal of promoting and building ERA's brand affinity through various social media communication touchpoints and platforms.

You will report to the Head of Marketing Communications and should possess relevant experience in social media content generation and management including stakeholder management. Your key focus is to promote and build the ERA brand affinity, increase internal & external customer engagement, improve marketing ROI and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns to support the business and growth of ERA. You will oversee the content development and execution of social media strategies which may require collaboration with other business units. You are an enthusiastic team player, with strong attention-to-detail, exceptional copy-writing skills and switched on to the latest social media trends and innovations. You will need to work in tandem with the Marketing Communications, Creative team as well as other business units within the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Development of creative ideas and content for social media platforms (inclusive but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn)
  • Work with other business units to develop creative engagement/activation ideas and content, and end-to-end management of the always-on content and campaign initiatives
  • Create social media content strategy and calendar as part of the bigger content strategy driven by Marketing Communications; as well as engagement strategy
  • Possess a sound understanding of all key social media platforms, creative formats and partnering with Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing & Creative team in producing content and monitoring performances
  • Conceptualise and create visual, sharable content, as well as explore new ways and new platforms to engage audience
  • Establish our ERA brand presence and awareness across social media platforms
  • Create social media presence and engagement strategies of the C-suite management team
  • Take an active role in cultivating social media conversations and engagement across all platforms
  • Brainstorm, generate, edit, schedule, publish and share engaging daily content with the community
  • Build and grow the community to content, and increase social metrics
  • Possess knowledge of social media monitoring tools – analyse and generate recommendations for continual improvement.
  • Manage social media accounts across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

Ideal candidate:

  • Degree Holder (preferably in Communications or Marketing)
  • At least 3-5 years experience on various social media channels
  • Excellent writing, content development and storytelling skillset
  • Excellent organisational skills, including time management and attention-to-details
  • Driven and independent. Self-motivated and energetic with ability to get things done
  • Creative and analytical thinker, with a can-do attitude
  • Independent, positive, pro-active and have a growth mindset
  • True team player who embraces collaboration
  • Passionate about the Real Estate Industry is a plus
