Role Overview
AsiaOne is seekinga Senior/Social Media Executive to join our Digital Amplification & Content Creation team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our social media presence, not only by optimising the amplification of content from other teams but also by actively creating original, engaging native content. If you're a creative thinker, a skilled copywriter, and a visual content creator with a passion for connecting with audiences, we want you on our front line, setting the tone for AsiaOne's unique, trendsetting DNA.
Responsibilities
As a Senior/Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in shaping AsiaOne's digital presence, ensuring our content is engaging, innovative, and strategically aligned. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation & Visual Storytelling: Researching, conceptualising, and crafting dynamic social media content - including memes, infographics, and short video edits - that captivates and engages our audience.
- Platform Management & Growth Strategy: Overseeing AsiaOne's presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok by curating, moderating, publishing, analysing, and optimising content to enhance visibility and audience engagement.
- Short-Form Video Production: Shooting and producing impactful TikTok videos at press events and media previews, bringing AsiaOne's storytelling to life through compelling visuals.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, 5 years for a Senior Executive position.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in communications, graphic design or a related field.
- Outstanding communication skills with demonstrable proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Resourcefulness and creativity to drive success independently or within a dynamic team.
- Active engagement and familiarity of social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube.
- Proficiency in social analytical platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Proficiency in graphic design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing toolsn(e.g., CapCut, iMovie, Premiere Pro). n
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
Bonus
- Experience working in digital media publications
- Comfort with on-camera appearances is a plus.
