As our Senior Social Media & Operations Architect, you are the engine that drives our digital presence. This is a high-impact, hands-on role designed for a builder. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of a campaign, from keyword research and high-fidelity asset creation to client management and operational scaling.
You will sit in the centre of a high-performance team, working alongside the Creative Design Lead and the Digital & Growth Lead to ensure our content output is strategically optimised for search and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hands-On Asset Creation & Campaign Planning
- Content Production: Actively design and produce high-engagement social assets (short-form video/reels, TikToks, carousel layouts, and high-converting copy).
- End-to-End Campaigning: Lead the planning of multi-channel social campaigns, ensuring cohesive storytelling from the first hook to the final landing page.
- Trend Synthesis: Rapidly turn viral trends into brand-appropriate assets before the peak, maintaining a balance between speed and quality.
2. Search-First Strategy (SEO/SEM Flair)
- Social SEO: Treat every caption, alt-text, and profile bio as a search opportunity. Conduct keyword research to ensure our organic content ranks on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- SEM Alignment: Work with the Growth Lead to ensure organic social messaging aligns with paid search (SEM) initiatives, creating a frictionless user journey.
- Metadata & Discovery: Manage the technical back-end of social posts to maximise discoverability and platform authority.
3. The Triad: Cross-Functional Collaboration
- With the Creative Design Lead: Collaborate on visual systems. While you handle the fast-turnaround social assets, you'll coordinate with the Design Lead for high-concept brand identity work to ensure total visual harmony.
- With the Digital & Growth Lead: Use SEO data and social signals to inform paid spend. You'll identify which organic winners should be turned into paid ads to lower CAC and increase ROAS.
4. Client Coordination
- Strategic Partner: Act as the face of the social department for clients. You will present data-backed campaign plans that align with their business goals.
- Operational Transparency: Use our project management stack (ClickUp) to give clients full visibility into the content pipeline, from ideation to live dates.
The Ideal Candidate
You are a creative who thinks in keywords and an operator who lives in the Edit suite. You can build a 30-day campaign calendar, film the content, optimise it for search, and present the results to a business decision-maker with equal confidence.
- Your Toolkit: Expert-level skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Canva, and Photoshop.
- Your Brain: Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles. You know how to use tools like Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, or platform-specific search analytics to drive content decisions.
- Your Experience: 2+ years in social media and content production, with a proven track record of managing client relationships in an agency or high-growth startup environment.
