Roles & Responsibilities:
- Able to liaise with the consultants and subcontractors.
- Demonstrates the competencies required to fulfil the responsibilities of a construction supervisor at site.
- Coordination and supervision of the structural technical aspects of construction Supervision of site building works.
- Able to oversee the day-to-day operations at the site.
- Oversee and provide guidance on the day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to standard operational procedures.
- Able to monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Able to take up other ad hoc duties and tasks.
- Demonstrated expertise in rebar work, with proficiency in reading technical drawings.
Competencies:
- Minimum 6 years experience
- Able to read and understand technical drawings.
- Analyze data for significant trends or potential issues.
- Knowledge of construction materials.
