Senior Site Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

. Report to Construction Manager / Project Manager.

. Take ownership of the planning, supervision, and quality control of key trade works - Bored Pile, ERSS (Sheet Pile, D-Wall), Ground Improvement, and RC works - executed by Sub-contractors.

. Lead coordination with LTA and other authorities on technical and site-related matters.

. Review and manage Sub-contractors work programmes, method statements, and resources to ensure timely and compliant execution.

. Proactively identify site constraints and technical issues, propose solutions, and escalate where necessary.

. Ensure works comply with contract specifications, safety regulations, and relevant authority requirements.

Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or higher).

. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.

. Prior working experience on LTA projects is required.

. Hands-on experience in Bored Pile, ERSS (Sheet Pile, D-Wall), Ground Improvement, and RC works strongly preferred.

. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

. Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
