Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.
- Utilize JavaScript and related technologies to develop project management tools and dashboards for real-time progress tracking.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for project updates and stakeholder presentations.
- Assist in problem-solving and decision-making processes on site to maintain project timelines.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and enhance communication.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or other building-related disciplines.
- 2-7 years of experience in building and construction projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
