Senior Site Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team through all project phases, including front end engineering design

Oversee the full lifecycle of civil and structural systems, ensuring seamless integration between design theory and construction management

Develop and standardize project specifications, design philosophies, and calculation templates to ensure strict adherence to client requirements as well as the local regulatory standards

Manage logistical site utilization, providing strategic support to sub-contractors to optimize workflow and efficiency

Supervising of the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that all works align with project schedules and quality benchmarks

To resolve complex on-site engineering challenges and serve as the primary technical authority for all site-related matters

To enforce strict adherence with workplace safety and health and internal safety protocols as well as overseeing related technical documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field

Proven site experience in superstructure works, including reinforced concrete, steel structures prior experience with bridge construction, crossheads, launching gantry operations or MRT projects would be desirable

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
