About you
Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Material Science, or equivalent, with 5+ years experience in mechanical product analysis and development.
Proficient in CAD/CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS, Moldflow, Abaqus) and experienced in structural (FEA), plastic molding, and modal/vibration analyses.
Strong understanding of solid mechanics and material strength; experience with FEA automation or machine learning is a plus.
Familiarity with measurement and data acquisition tools (e.g., B&K Pulse, strain gauge, MATLAB, Labview).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk identification skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and contribute to FMEA sessions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly present ideas and coach less experienced engineers.
Collaborative team player, passionate about FEA automation and analytics, open to feedback and knowledge sharing.
