- Position : Senior Shipping Executive (Import / Export / Cross-Trade)

- Working hours : 5 Days | Monday to Thursday : 8.45am to 6.15pm | Friday 8.45am to 6pm

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate import, export, transhipment and cross-trade shipments.
- Prepare and check shipping documents, permits and related paperwork.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, forwarders and internal teams on shipment matters.
- Monitor shipment schedules, delivery status and resolve shipment issues.
- Support order fulfilment, freight coordination and system updates.
- Maintain proper shipping records and documentation.
Reuirements:
- Minimum Diploma / GCE O Level / equivalent qualification with 3 to 5 years of relevant shipping, logistics or freight coordination experience.
- Hands-on experience in import, export, transhipment and cross-trade shipments.
- Able to liaise effectively with suppliers, customers, forwarders and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with ERP or shipping systems will be an advantage.
