Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior SharePoint Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft Cloud Solutions, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online and Power Automate. You will also play a key role in supporting Azure and third-party web solutions, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- SharePoint Online Administration: Manage permissions, users, and site administration while supporting business service requests.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop and enhance Power Automate workflows and PowerShell scripts to optimize SharePoint Online operations.
- Application Support: Provide functional analysis and testing for Azure and third-party web solutions.
- Governance & Compliance: Implement security policies, data governance, and compliance measures across supported applications.
- Service Management: Resolve ServiceNow tickets promptly in line with SLA requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and partner with IT teams for seamless integration.
- Power Platform Development: Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Vendor Management: Engage with internal IBO teams (Finance, Procurement, Legal) and external vendors to ensure contracts are properly maintained and managed.
- Documentation: Maintain operational documents, configuration records, and service accounts.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Education: B.Sc. / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Professional certifications (Microsoft Certified Engineer/Developer, ITIL v3/4 Foundation) are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in SharePoint development and support.
- Strong background in PowerShell scripting and Power Automate integrations with SharePoint Online.
- Solid foundation in SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of ASP.NET / .NET Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular.js.
- Familiarity with Azure Fundamentals and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with PowerApps and AvePoint is advantageous.
