Take ownership of enterprise CMDB and ITOM capabilities by driving ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management while ensuring high-quality configuration data across a complex technology landscape.

Competitive monthly salary up to SGD 13,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates possessing highly relevant experience.

What You Will Do

• Lead the onboarding of Singapore infrastructure and applications into the Group CMDB.
• Drive ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management initiatives.
• Establish CMDB governance, CSDM alignment, and service dependency mapping.
• Maintain CMDB data quality, CI reconciliation, and Discovery health.
• Act as the local SME and escalation point for CMDB and ITOM matters.

Who We Are Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of CMDB, ITOM, or IT Operations Management experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Device42.
• Solid infrastructure, networking, and cloud fundamentals, with scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of MAS TRM and IT governance requirements; ServiceNow CIS-Discovery certification is highly preferred.

• Able to manage enterprise CMDB data quality and governance.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and technical advisory capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in regulated, enterprise-scale IT environments.
• Priority will be given to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs).
