Senior ServiceNow Engineer

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer. The Senior ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, creating workflows and scripts, configuring integrations, and troubleshooting system issues. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business needs, ensure operational efficiency, and support scalability.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including modules like IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript and working with REST/SOAP APIs for platform integration
• Knowledge of database structures and data modeling within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on debugging, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
• Experience in designing and implementing process automation using ServiceNow workflows
• Ability to manage ServiceNow updates and ensure platform optimization
• Strong collaborative mindset, with experience working across IT and business teams
• ServiceNow Administrator or Developer certification is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, team-focused environment
