Senior ServiceNow Developer (CSM) – InMorphis | Singapore

We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery on the ServiceNow platform. You'll lead design decisions, guide developers, and play a key role in building scalable, high-quality CSM solutions used in real business environments.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine technical expertise, problem-solving, and architecture thinking to deliver impactful ServiceNow implementations.

What You'll Do

• Lead design and delivery of ServiceNow (CSM) solutions using App Engine and Flow Designer
• Build, customize, and optimize workflows, scripts, and integrations across systems
• Review code, guide developers, and ensure best practices across development and deployment

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow (CSM, App Engine, Flow Designer, JavaScript)
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, ACL/security, and platform administration
• ServiceNow CSA + CSM certification is required
