Key responsibilities of the role includes:
- Lead installation, commissioning, inspection, and servicing of PLC-controlled marine equipment worldwide, onshore and offshore.
- Lead troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, sensors, VFDs, and control networks by providing remote support to service engineers or be on-site if necessary.
- Performing scheduled and unscheduled service interventions worldwide both onshore and offshore
- Mentor junior engineers and service technicians in PLC diagnostics and safe electrical work
- Plan and prepare service interventions
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Hands-on PLC and HMI programming experience (Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, Schneider)
- Marine/offshore experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills excellent communication
- Willingness to travel and work offshore as required
