Senior / Service Engineer

Job Description

• On-site equipment installation, diagnoses, troubleshooting, service & repair of Pick and Place equipment for Advanced Packaging
• Lead continual equipment improvement programmes, upgrades, preventive maintenance, overhaul, modifications and repair works
• Liaison with customer on technical matters, responds to complaints, provides time to solutions to resolve customers issues for assigned projects
• Monitors & report the performance of the product, provide regular update and feedback on customer's service requests
• Support in-house applications development, customers samples evaluation and on-site benchmarking exercise.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent
• Semiconductor Pick & Place equipment and Epoxy process knowledge
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
• A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision
• Able to work in cleanroom environment at customer site
• May required to work or on standby after office hours, weekends and public holidays
• Frequent travellings are required
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
