We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of Application Management Services (AMS) for a Singapore Public Sector Managed Services project. The role is responsible for ensuring service excellence, operational stability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement while leading cross-functional teams supporting mission-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AMS delivery, ensuring achievement of SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
- Serve as the primary client contact for service delivery, governance, escalations, and stakeholder management.
- Manage production incidents, problem management, change and release processes to ensure service stability.
- Drive operational excellence through service reviews, automation, process improvements, and ITIL best practices.
- Oversee service financials, resource planning, vendor management, and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing delivery teams.
- Support project transitions and enhancements into BAU operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Must be a Singaporean due to G50 security clearance requirements by the client.
- PMP certification is required ITIL certification is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including 8 years in Service Delivery, AMS, or IT Operations/Project Management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale managed services engagements, including teams of 100+ resources or projects valued above SGD 10 million.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with enterprise applications, preferably Java-based systems.
- Experience delivering projects for the Singapore Public Sector is highly advantageous.
