The Role

We're looking for a Senior Service Crew member to be a floor anchor at our new venue.You'll own a section of the dining room, guide junior crew, and be the first point of escalation before a supervisor steps in. This is a step up from standard service crew - you're not just running food, you're running your section.

What You'll Be Doing

. Own and manage a designated section of the floor across service

. Guide and support junior service crew within your section

. Run food and drinks orders accurately and promptly

. Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve minor service issues before escalating

. Ensure your section is clean, reset, and guest-ready at all times

. Assist with opening and closing duties and side work

. Act as a reliable point of communication between the floor and the kitchen or bar

Who You Are

. 1 to 3 years of F&B or service experience with some exposure to a senior or section lead role

. Reliable, punctual, and able to work confidently on your feet throughout a full shift

. You take ownership of your section and don't wait to be told what needs doing

. Good communicator with guests and team members alike

. Calm under pressure and consistent in your standard regardless of how busy the floor gets

. Willing to guide junior crew and contribute positively to team culture
