We are looking for a responsible and energetic Senior Service Crew to join our cafe team at Katong V (Marine Parade). You will oversee daily service operations, support the service crew, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide service crew during daily operations
- Ensure smooth front-of-house operations during peak periods
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally
- Monitor cashier operations, payment handling, and daily sales procedures
- Conduct inventory checks, monitor stock levels, and assist with stock ordering and receiving
- Ensure food, beverage, and service supplies are properly managed to reduce wastage
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and timely service
- Train and support new team members on service standards and SOPs
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including shift handover
Requirements:
- Previous café, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
- Able to work weekends and public holidays (shift work)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
