Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints via phone and email, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Prepare and issue quotations, job orders, and service documents accurately.
- Schedule and prioritize customer service requests efficiently.
- Liaise with field service engineers, subcontractors, customers, and relevant authorities to ensure timely job completion.
- Maintain accurate service history, reports, and records in the system.
- Support the Service Manager with regular updates and customer reports.
- Monitor recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Handle warranty claims, purchase requisitions, and shipping/delivery arrangements.
- Coordinate schedules and assist with project and service documentation.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
Requirements
- GCE N / O / A Level or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in service coordination, admin support, or customer service roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
