Senior Security Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate deployment of security officers across multiple sites in collaboration with the Operations team.

• Manage Quick Response Team (QRT) and relief officer deployment schedules.

• Take daily shift attendance to ensure all officers report on site.

• Track and report incidents or accidents at sites in the digital logbook.

• Respond promptly to ad-hoc incidents and ensure timely resolution.

• Perform other operational or administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Google Spreadsheet.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in security operations, command centre, or related field.

• Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
