Senior Security Officer (SSO) Chinatown Hotel (Night Full-Timer)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SeniorSecurity Officer (SSO) to oversee daily security operations for a hotel estate site. This is a permanent, full-time night shift position suitable for a leader looking for a stable environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a highly visible presence in and around the property to deter threats. Monitor CCTV systems and the Fire Command Centre (FCC).

• Conduct regular patrols to detect potential risks. Manage access control, handle keys, and oversee site safety systems.

• Be the first responder to any Fire Alarm activations-investigating the cause, managing the situation, and submitting detailed incident reports.

• Undertake additional tasks or duties as needed to meet the dynamic requirements of the organisation.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid PLRD License with Senior Security Officer (SSO) grade.

• Completed required PWM training modules for the SSO rank.

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently during the day shift.

• Prior experience supervising hotel properties is highly advantageous.
