The Role:
Responsible for maintaining the security and safety of premises, people, and assets. The role includes patrolling, incident response, system monitoring, hotel guests and hotel property, deter and prevent crime and to create a safe environment for all.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor for security threats.
- Operate and monitor CCTV, alarms, and access-control systems.
- Manage access points, visitors, and key press logs.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies handle incident reporting and investigations.
- Provide assistance to stakeholders, visitors, tenants, or guests.
- Coordinate crowd and traffic control when required.
- Support security audits and recommend improvements.
- May supervise junior officers and assist with deployment planning.
Talent Profile:
- Valid PLRD Security Officer Licence.
- WSQ security certifications.
- Good communication, decision-making, situational awareness.
- Able to work shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office, and hotel management systems is a plus.
- 2-4 years experience preferred.
