Responsibilities
- Alarm and event Monitoring (24*7)
- Maintain tracker of every alarms in excel (Daily)
- Escalate Technical issue to vendor
- Vendor entry - Necessary arrangement (PTW, DC form)
- Update Technical Security Officer for any Technical fault where immediate attention required
- Coordinate with RES for maintenance fault which impacts ACS & CCTV equipment
- Update local incidents to site PSM and SOACC
- Responsibilities and support with card programming
- Escalating incidents in relation to water leakage, high temperature in specific office premises, and power outages / voltage dip in these countries
- Contact local PST for further details to understand if there are any critical impact
- Daily Sit-rep/Nightly Calls - SEA+Japan
- Email to REM (Research and Event Monitoring Team) for their necessary attention
- CCTV Manual health check (03 times/day)
- Check Op-center outage alert and take action accordingly
- Op-Center health check report (03 times/day)
- Auto Rejected images report (01 time/day)
- Verify vendor service report after work gets completed
- Health check of Security systems after ad-hoc work (Power down, Project activity, RES maintenance work)
- Weekly Security System checklist report (ACS&CCTC)
- Weekly CCTV health check report
Qualifications
- All qualifications contained in Senior Security Officer level, plus:
- Senior Security officers preferably shall have a qualification in security related training courses studies (exception applies with experience)
- Must provide coaching, training and counseling to security resources under their charge.
- Good public relationship skills
- Provide correct facilitation of guests, employees and visitors.
Required Skills
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Ability to manage Security Reception
- Experience with Visitor Management System
Preferred Skills
- Experience in alarm and event monitoring
- Familiarity with ACS & CCTV equipment
- Knowledge of technical fault escalation
