About The Role
- Serve as a primary technical resource for clients, guiding them through the deployment, configuration, and optimization of endpoint security solutions.
- Deploy, manage, and maintain a wide range of endpoint security tools, including Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
- Proactively monitor client environments for security threats and vulnerabilities, and lead incident response efforts when necessary.
- Develop and implement security policies and best practices to harden endpoint security postures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex client issues related to endpoint security solutions.
Skills And Experience Required
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in endpoint security, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with the deployment and administration of leading endpoint security platforms
