Lead MPC (Manufacturing Production Control) team to meet Fab delivery requirement
Present Fab daily performance in Daily Operations meeting, not limiting to line move, customer delivery, tool performance and line dispatch performance.
Chair daily Manufacturing meeting
Set Fab performance KPI target on the daily, weekly and monthly timeframe
Drive Manufacturing to achieve the KPIs such as Move, C/T, Wafer Out and CLIP.
Drive Operation team to meet the customer delivery with clear directions and instructions
Co-work with cross functional teams to resolve line issues
Constantly check and identified gaps/improvements in Fab capability vs planned capacity requirement, Wafer Start management to achieve and maintain Line linearity.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline
Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing Production Control (Semiconductor industry - Front End)
Min 3 years experience in managerial role with reporting staff
Good factory knowledge eg relationship between line move, cycle time and customer delivery
Proven track record in meeting Fab delivery KPI (output, cycle-time, OTD, CLIP management etc)
Highly driven, motivated and resourceful
Strong team player
Good communication skill and good data analytic skill
