Job Description

We are looking for a tough, highly experienced seafood professional who can handle pressure ,travel frequently and take full responsibility for procurement and operation. This is not a office job hands on operational role.
key Responsibility
1) Able to travel regularly from Singapore to Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia , India to personally source and procure frozen and LIVE seafood . Also to conduct site inspection, grading and strict quality control before purchase. Able to inform each and every supplier SOP of procurement .
2) Experience of seafood pricing and negotiation of pricing with suppliers with a join conversing price with head office.
3)Able to conduct 100% fast and effective logistic from point A to point B and able to conduct stocks taking and manage cost and wastages.
4)Able to support 24 hours operation which include overnight procurement of seafood in Singapore local port.
5)MUST have min 5 years experience in seafood trading, 3 years experience in seafood chef.
6)Must have a valid Malaysia driving license.
Able to travel anytime on short time notice. Physically strong and able to work long hours, must have high discipline n integrity n able to work independently.
