Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant SAP SD to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution to drive successful implementations, optimize business processes, and deliver strategic solutions for our clients. As a senior-level consultant, you will combine technical proficiency with analytical thinking to guide organizations through complex SAP transformations and maximize their return on investment.

- Design, configure, and customize SAP SD modules to align with client business requirements and organizational objectives

-Conduct detailed business process analysis and provide recommendations for process optimization and efficiency improvements

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless system integration

- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications

- Provide expert guidance on SAP SD best practices, system capabilities, and industry-specific solutions

- Mentor junior consultants and support team members in developing their SAP SD expertise and consulting skills

- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer activities to ensure client teams are proficient in utilizing SAP SD functionality

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions to resolve system challenges

- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, status updates, and proactive issue management Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in SAP consulting, implementation, or enterprise systems

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module configuration and customization –

Proven expertise in order-to-cash processes, sales order management, and distribution logistics - Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, data flow, and integration capabilities

- Demonstrated experience leading and managing complex SAP implementation projects from initiation through go-live

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

- Strong project management capabilities with experience managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations

- Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and technical teams

- Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives - Preferred: Knowledge of additional SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP) or industry-specific SAP solutions

Preferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA or cloud-based SAP implementations - Preferred: Certification in SAP SD or related SAP modules

- Preferred: Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution industries
