Join a dynamic team as a Senior SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing maintenance processes using S/4HANA. This opportunity offers a chance to lead transformative initiatives and ensure operational excellence in asset management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the existing SAP PM solution for stability and alignment with business operations. Translate business needs into functional specifications and detailed solution designs. Configure SAP PM modules and submodules, including Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Work Order Management. Lead project lifecycle tasks such as requirement workshops, fit/gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, and cutover for PM-related processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, QM, FICO, EHS) to integrate asset maintenance and reliability processes. Oversee test planning, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution. Prepare and deliver system demonstrations, user training, and process documentation. Suggest process enhancements utilizing S/4HANA innovations and SAP best practices. Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum 10 years of practical experience in SAP PM implementation and support. Completion of at least 3 full lifecycle implementation projects with experience in S/4HANA. Comprehensive understanding of core SAP PM functionalities, including Technical Objects, Notifications, Work Orders, and Maintenance Plans. Familiarity with S/4HANA PM innovations, such as Fiori apps, Maintenance cockpit, and enhanced planning capabilities. Strong grasp of asset management processes within manufacturing, utilities, transportation, or engineering sectors. Self-sufficient in delivering change requests and project tasks, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach suitable for multi-disciplinary project settings. Customer-focused mentality with problem-solving skills that ensure high-quality outcomes. Proficient in documenting functional requirements and developing specifications (RICEFW). Experience conducting system demonstrations, user training, and knowledge transfer is a plus. Knowledge of ABAP debugging or ability to work closely with technical developers is an asset.
