Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and transform them into functional designs, configuration documents, and detailed specifications. Configure SAP MM modules along with related submodules (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master) to meet functional and technical requirements. Conduct various testing phases, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring the quality of change requests and project enhancements. Assist in deployment activities such as cutover planning, data validation, defect resolution, and post-go-live support. Engage actively with business users, project managers, and team members to ensure successful solution delivery and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in supporting end-to-end business processes in procurement, inventory, logistics, and finance. Prepare system demonstrations and end-user training, and produce necessary documentation for ongoing support. Foster a high-performance work environment through knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP MM functional consulting, including hands-on support and enhancement work. At least 3 complete lifecycle SAP implementation experiences, preferably with S/4HANA. Strong knowledge of SAP MM modules and related submodules, including Purchasing (P2P), Inventory Management, and Material Master. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration, data migration concepts, and best practices. Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively. Proven ability to deliver change requests and project tasks with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, complemented by a team-oriented mindset. Customer-focused with a proactive approach to anticipating needs and resolving issues. Ability to document functional requirements, develop specifications for customizations, and perform precise configuration. Proficiency in conducting functional testing, system demonstrations, end-user training, and post-implementation support. Familiarity with ABAP debugging or the capability to collaborate effectively with technical teams is a plus.
