We're looking for a seasoned SAP Technical Lead to lead the design, deployment, and management of SAP solutions that align with business goals and deliver high performance and scalability. This role demands deep expertise in SAP architecture, migration strategies, and cost-effective solutioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of SAP technical architecture, covering infrastructure, cloud platforms, and system sizing.
- Drive ECC to S/4HANA migrations, with hands-on experience in both bluefield and brownfield approaches.
- Manage end-to-end migration projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Stay current with SAP's product lifecycle, including deprecations and new offerings.
- Evaluate Line of Business (LoB) solutions, providing insights into their advantages and limitations.
- Estimate infrastructure costs for both implementation and ongoing operations.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP RISE, including licensing models and optimization strategies.
- Conduct technical architecture assessments and deliver actionable recommendations.
What You'll Bring
- 36 years of experience in strategy, management, or technology consulting, or relevant industry roles.
- Strong technical foundation across diverse technology stacks.
- Proven experience in architectural domains such as solutions, applications, or big data.
- Background in SAP Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA.
- Ability to introduce innovative tech perspectives from outside traditional consulting environments.
- Solid grasp of architecture principles and modern data platform design.
- Awareness of emerging digital and tech trends across industries.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and conceptual clarity.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with a strategic mindset and professional presence.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia and the Asia Pacific region.
