Senior SAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional and technical specifications.

• Configure and customize SAP modules based on business needs.

• Support end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including blueprinting, realization, testing, deployment, and support.

• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for SAP-related issues.

• Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for enhancements, integrations, and reports.

• Support system integration, data migration, and interface development.

• Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and training for end users.

• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and user manuals.

• Ensure SAP solutions comply with security, governance, and compliance standards.

• Participate in change management, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Consultant.

SAP Functional / Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in one or more SAP modules, such as:

  • SAP FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)

  • SAP MM (Materials Management)

  • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

  • SAP HCM / SuccessFactors

  • SAP PP / QM / PM

  • SAP BW / BI / SAC

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

• Working knowledge of SAP integration technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs).

• Basic understanding of ABAP for debugging and coordination with technical teams.

• Experience with data migration tools such as LTMC, LSMW, or Migration Cockpit.
