Pearl Care Singapore team consists mainly of the Operations team handling the SAP Monitoring and SAP Basis Administration tasks. We deliver SAP solutions based on templates and best practices along with providing Hybris Commerce solutions and Hosting solutions based on public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services AWS).

To expand our growing company and in response to increasing market demand, we are now seeking exceptional Professionals with a strong SAP Basis Administration background.

If you have these skills we would love to hear from you:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or other relevant fields

- Must have at least 5 years of experience in SAP Basis

- Knowledge and experience in AWS and Azure cloud platform is a PLUS

- Very good communication in English, written and spoken

- Mandarin knowledge is a plus as we are picking up clients with this requirement

When you join our team you will:

• Work on Application Support and Project Delivery on the following areas
• SAP Performance Tuning/Monitoring
• Solution Manager configuration, utilization, EWA analysis and recommendations
• SAP Transport Management
• SAP System Client copy, refresh, license management, etc.
• SAP Product/s installation, configurations, and setup
• SAP Database administration (Oracle, MS, SQL, DB2, SAP ASE (Sybase), SAP HANA).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP Foundation, such as:

1. Experience with BTP account management
2. HANA Cloud experience
3. Integration SAP BTP services with SAP Private/Public cloud environments
4. SAP Cloud Security Management (user authentication/authorisation, SSO etc)

• SAP and Database Maintenance
• SAP Patch/Upgrade management
• SAP data and Business Document archiving maintenance
• SAP Security vulnerabilities analysis and management
• Provide support in terms of Incident Level management, Service Level Management, Problem Management, and Project level Management.
• Manage end to end resolution of Major Incident (Priority 1 and 2) and determine Root Cause
• Closely collaborate with client's 3rd party vendors supporting Infra and other systems connecting to SAP
• Handle OS Administrations tasks with our customers hosted on AWS and Azure Cloud (Linux, AIX, Windows, RD2 Databases)
• You'll be given an opportunity to Manage, Build, Provision, and setup Instances on our AWS and Azure Cloud subscriptions
• Work with different Projects and teams (OS/DB migrations, S/4 HANA Conversion, BW/4 HANA Conversion, Unicode conversion, etc)
