About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud to design, develop and deliver secure, scalable customer, partner and employee portal solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale implementations within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
- Build and customise customer, partner and employee portals using Experience Builder, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components and Visualforce.
- Configure Experience Cloud features including Communities, CMS, Branding & Themes, Navigation Menus, Knowledge Integration and Self-Service Portals.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces with a focus on performance and user experience.
- Implement secure authentication and authorisation mechanisms, including SSO and OAuth.
- Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
- Build automation using Salesforce Flows, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex and Queueable Apex.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, UI/UX Designers and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues and support deployment activities using Git and Salesforce DevOps tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Experience Builder and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex and Platform Events.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, external user licensing, sharing models, profiles and permission sets.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Experience Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Administrator certifications.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CMS, Knowledge, Data Cloud or Agentforce.
- Exposure to Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, MuleSoft, Boomi or Salesforce DX.
