We are partnered with an establish organisation to look for a Senior Salesforce Developer to oversee the strategic implementation, management, and architectural integrity Enterprise Applications platform built on Salesforce. This role is responsible for aligning Salesforce initiatives with business objectives, optimizing platform performance, and ensuring scalable infrastructure solution.
Responsibilities
- Define the engineering vision, strategy, and direction for the assigned technical team
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and agencies to prioritize and manage roadmaps for incremental product delivery
- Create a long-term technical plan and infrastructure roadmap to meet future business and product needs
- Manage engineering team performance, conduct professional growth conversations, offer constructive feedback, and mentor talent.
- Establish engineering practices, tools, and strategies to ensure platform quality, reliability, and security within the team.
- Proactively identify and initiate engineering initiatives to maximize public impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience designing and managing complex Salesforce Integration and architectures
- Deep technical expertise across Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning.
- Essential experience with Salesforce integration tools, API management, and data architecture. Strong project management skills utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
