Responsibilities
- Cover institutional clients and provide market colour, trade ideas, and execution support.
- Price and execute spot, options, and structured products across crypto, FX options, or derivatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on flow and commercial opportunities.
- Work with internal trading, structuring, and technology teams to streamline execution workflows.
- Ensure all trading activity aligns with internal risk controls and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvements in client service, product delivery, and trading processes.
- Support global coverage, which may occasionally require shift work aligned with overseas time zones.
Requirements
- 1015 years experience in sales trading or trading within global markets.
- Strong product knowledge in crypto, FX options, FX, or broader derivatives.
- Proven track record in execution and institutional client coverage.
- Strong risk awareness, analytical skills, and commercial mindset.
- Ability to perform in a fast-moving, high-volume trading environment.
- Experience or interest in the digital asset ecosystem is preferred.
