Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the customer support team
- Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer enquiries, orders, quotations, service requests and escalations
- Provide updates on order and shipment status to customers and management
- Improve service processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Prepare customer reports and maintain operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial or senior leadership role
- Experience in machinery, equipment or technical service industry is an advantage
- Able to provide support after office hours when required for urgent customer matters
