This is a pivotal role where you'll work closely with clinicians, researchers, and distributors - helping them harness advanced optical and digital solutions that support critical decisions in microsurgery and medical imaging.

We're looking for someone who:

- Excels at value-based selling, market analysis, and CRM-driven strategy.
- Enjoys working independently, thinks strategically, and knows how to build lasting relationships.
