Our client is a pioneering multinational company specializing in advanced microscopy and imaging solution, seeking for a Senior Sales & Product Specialist with end-to-end experience in sales strategy and execution, costing and tender management and quoting and pricing expertise.
Your new role
You will lead sales and application efforts within a dynamic medical devices environment. This role involves achieving sales targets through strategic territory management, optimizing product and customer mix, and cultivating key accounts. You will maintain accurate customer records, submit timely reports, and leverage CRM tools to drive performance. The position also includes managing distribution channels - from appointing and training partners to aligning market activities and executing pricing strategies. A strong grasp of market trends in capital equipment is essential, along with the ability to identify growth opportunities and maintain a disciplined sales funnel. You will provide technical product support through impactful presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training, while collaborating on turnkey projects and distributor-led market development. Additionally, you will oversee demo stock logistics to ensure optimal coverage and cost control in support of sales objectives.
