The job

Responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory by maintaining strong customer partnerships and winning competition

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong partnerships with customers in assigned hospitals as a trusted advisor for ostomy, continence and wound care
  • Strategically position Coloplast offerings vs competitors by leveraging an in-depth understanding of customer needs, Coloplast and competitor products
  • Resolve complex objections related to drawbacks, misunderstandings, skepticism and indifference
  • Develop and execute account plans for assigned territory with clarity on how he/she will gain and defend business
  • Keep up-to-date records of customer contact in CRM and Meet visit and call targets
  • Participate in industry and company events which help promote Coloplast
  • Be able to support clinicians achieve optimal patient outcomes which may at times involve supporting patients in their homes
  • Support the broader Singapore team develop strategies and implement in market activities which support the business grow.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related fields
  • More than 7 years sales experience in healthcare industry
  • Track record and winning mindset
  • Willing to take challenge and result oriented
  • Highly self-motivated, hardworking, independent, good analytical mind, and able to work under pressure
  • Team player
  • Effective presentation & computer skills
  • Strong command of English
