Job Purpose & Principal Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing effective sales plans, achieving regional sales targets through budget resources, and formulating key customer sales strategies.
2. Good command of technology and product knowledge, continue to acquire new customers, cooperate with account managers, technical support, project manager, etc. to complete pre-sales and after-sales services so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and the recovery of project funds.
3. Conduct regional business analysis regularly, including market conditions and competitor analysis, and report the results to the regional manager. Evaluate the budget implementation and product performance in the area, and report the results/recommendations to the management team.
4. Look for important business opportunities in research, clinical and pharmaceutical fields. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders. Use customer resources to expand BGI's genetic influence and ensure key business opportunities.
5. Participate in national and regional conferences, trade shows and company meetings.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
1. Major in biology or related fields, bachelor degree or above.
2. Experience in customer management in the biological industry or high throughout sequencing sales or scientific research customer library building kit sales is preferred.
3. Excellent communication, analysis and organization skills.
4. Willing to travel, proficient in English and Chinese.
Competences:
a. At least two years of experience in customer management in the biotechnology or Healthcare industry.
b. A Bachelor's Degree or above in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, bioinformatics or equivalent.
