About the role
We're looking for a commercially driven SeniorSales & Marketing Executive to grow our beauty portfolioacross Singapore and selected overseas markets. This is a hands-onrole that blends key account management, field sales execution, trademarketing, and brand marketing-ideal for someone who enjoys being close tocustomers, close to the market, and accountable for results.
You'll work in a hybrid / mostly work-from-home setup,with regular market visits in Singapore and occasional overseas travel forbrand meetings.
What you'll do
Sales & businessdevelopment
- Develop and manage key accounts (local and overseas), building strong relationships with retailers, supermarkets, distributors, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach through prospecting, pitching, and partnership development.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, with clear ownership of performance.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to promote products, secure orders, and strengthen in-store execution.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to support planning and decision-making.
Account management &retail execution
- Maintain and grow existing accounts to drive repeat orders, distribution expansion, and optimal shelf presence.
- Ensure merchandising excellence: product display, planogram compliance, brand visibility, and retail housekeeping.
- Work closely with merchandisers and retail partners to ensure stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory health.
Trade marketing
- Proactively identify opportunities to maximise visibility and sell-through within trade channels.
- Plan and execute trade activations including space planning, promotional mechanics, sampling, and launch campaigns.
- Monitor periodic sales performance and inventory health, recommending corrective actions where needed.
Brand marketing
- Own the marketing calendar, aligning campaigns and activities with brand objectives and commercial priorities.
- Manage/own social media platforms to engage target audiences and support launches and promotions.
- Coordinate with creative/production partners on marketing collateral (in-store, digital, and campaign assets).
- Track monthly marketing spend and ROI, ensuring activities are measurable and performance-led.
Market intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights.
- Analyse sales data and provide actionable feedback to improve pricing, promotions, assortment, and activation strategy.
What we're looking for
- Singaporean/PR applicant only.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably experienced in sales/trade marketing/brand marketing within health & beauty, FMCG, or fast-moving retail.
- Strong working knowledge of retail execution and how to drive visibility + sell-through.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (retailers, distributors, principals/brand owners).
- Creative and strategic thinker with a bias for execution.
- Analytical, structured, and comfortable working with numbers, reports, and performance tracking.
- Comfortable with field work and occasional overseas travel.
Working arrangement
- Hybrid / mostly work-from-home, with regular in-market visits.
- Working days: Monday to Friday.
- Working hours: 9:00am-6:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm.
