Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager specializing in Wholesale and Travel Agent relationships to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with wholesale partners and travel agents, driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This is a critical position that directly contributes to the hotel's commercial success and market positioning within Singapore's competitive hospitality landscape.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective wholesale accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities to grow room nights and revenue from wholesale, leisure, and travel trade segments.
  • Negotiate and manage annual contracts, rates, and commercial agreements with wholesale partners.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and presentations to strengthen partnerships.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, roadshows, and industry networking events.
  • Work closely with Revenue Management to ensure pricing strategies remain competitive and aligned with market demand.
  • Collaborate with the Reservations and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of wholesale business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, production reports, account plans, and monthly business reviews.
  • Ensure account production targets and revenue goals are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate account information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries, RFPs, and contract negotiations.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hotel sales experience, managing wholesale or leisure accounts.
  • Strong network within the wholesale, travel trade, or tourism industry is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of hotel revenue management principles and distribution channels.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing wholesale partnerships across regional and international market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel systems such as Delphi, Opera Cloud, or similar CRM/PMS platforms.
